August 24, 2025, my brother, Frank Randolph Rounds III, took that big chairlift to the sky. He fought to survive stomach cancer but lost the fight. He had a few nicknames but many knew him as Big Daddy Flo! A celebration of Life will be held in Ogden Utah at a later date.
