Joe Leve Vigil, 89, passed away peacefully on December 6, 2025. Born in Montrose, CO, Joe served proudly in the Army Reserves for over 40 years, retiring as E6. He married Carolina Maria Saldivar in 1978 and worked many years at the DDO and Best Western. Joe loved the outdoors, dancing with Carrie, western movies, and spending time with his family. After Carrie’s passing, he enjoyed friendships, bingo, and cards at Congir Lotus Park. He is survived by his 3 daughters, 1 sister, 6 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, parents, siblings, and daughter.
