Nadel Albert Hawkins

Jun 6, 2025

Nadel Albert Hawkins Ogden, UT February 13, 1947 – June 02, 2025 Age 78 left this world at McKay-Dee hospital. Al stayed busy during his short time here with hobbies including Hunting, Fishing, Camping, 4-Wheeling, Crystal hot springs, Lava hot springs, Going to movies, Yellowstone, Lagoon, State fair, Taking long drives, Time with family, News, Selling Real Estate, Joking Around, Taking Trips and Vacations. Then on top of that-busy working many jobs including Real Estate, Broker, General Contractor. He also had his pilot license and multiple properties for him and his family to enjoy. Al was a deeply beloved father, uncle, cousin, brother, and friend. His passing was sudden and unexpected but quick, just like he always hoped it would be. Не was a beacon of strength and compassion in our lives. He was always the first person to offer advice and support in times of need, providing comfort and wisdom with every word he spoke. His selflessness and genuine concern for others made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. While we lost our most beloved dad, many have lost a friend and loved one in him. Hе has been a rock to many, a master at sarcastic humor and witty timing to others, and even a glorious pain in the neck, to what I’m sure is a small select few (because no matter what happened between you in your lives, once you were marked as important to him, he’d be by your side if you needed him). There was so much more to him than just a dad, though to us that was his greatest roll – he was also a friend, a coworker and a colleague, a cousin, brother, a handyman, the list goes on and on. He was preceded to heaven by his mom Leone Arvy, and dad Delbert Hawkins, Daughter Tiffany Hawkins, and Son in law John Walling. He is survived by Nanette (Gary) Lewis, Shauna Walling, Bryan (Tera) Hawkins, Britney Hawkins, 17 grandkids, and 26 great grandkids. A Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday June 14th at Ben Lomond Cemetery 526 E. 2850 N. North Ogden 84414. A Celebration of life will be held Saturday June 14th at Cold Springs Trout Farm at 3:30 p.m. 2284 Fruitland Drive Ogden 84414.
