Judy Orton

So. Weber — Judy C. Orton, beloved mother, grandmother, friend, and animal lover, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday May 22nd, 2025. Judy was born on August 31, 1939, in Ogden Utah to Lloyd Goldsbrough Coley and Verna Dorothy Shipley. She dedicated her life to her family, her work, and her passion for animals, especially her dogs.
Judy was a hardworking woman who earned her accounting degree and at the same time held a distinguished position as the highest-ranking civilian in transportation logistics with the Department of Defense. Her life was marked by her dedication and perseverance.
She is survived by her four children and five grandchildren, who will cherish her memory and the love she shared with them. Keylan Worrall Ogden, UT, Teryn Worrall Ogden, UT, Dayer Worrall Farmington, UT, Mondi Anderson W Jordan, UT and five grandchildren Chalese, Abbrielle, Sayda, Kesyn, and Gray as well as many dear friends who will always remember her quick wit, sense of humor, and ability to build lasting friendships.
Judy’s warm spirit, intelligence, and kindness will be missed dearly but fondly remembered by all who knew her.

In lieu of services, we will be having a celebration of life party around the end of August. We’ll be sure to announce where and when at a later date.
