Pat Jane Rhees Rackham passed away on June 8, 2025. She was born June 22, 1949 at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden as the second daughter of Don Rhees and Juanita Judkins Rhees. She was fiercely independent and strong from the beginning, but loved her family with herculean strength, building an unbreakable bond with her three sons and many more along the way. She passed peacefully in her home in Aurora, Colorado, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter and loyalty. She leaves behind a sister Suzanne Copeland and her two beloved brothers Brent (Pam) and Mike (Laura) Rhees, with too many nieces and nephews to name. Her sons Kelly (Britney), Dustin (Michele), and Troy Rackham, along with her 11 grandkids, will miss being in the presence of her jovial spirit and infinite love. Her grandchildren (Eryn, Trystan, Hannah, Adin, Emme, Kaeli, Will, Bennett, Savannah, Jack and Scarlett) were very special to her. Her boys and grandchildren will be hosting a celebration of life on June 22, 2025 for what would have been her 76th birthday. The celebration of life will be at Jeremiah’s (1306 W 1200 S, Ogden, Utah 84404) between 10:30 am and 1:00 pm with light fare and a special birthday cake. They welcome any person to come and celebrate her wonderful example of a life well-lived.
