Nedra Ann Simpson Trease
Nedra Ann Simpson Trease, 87 of Hooper, Utah was born October 22, 1937 in Hooper, Utah to Arnold “Dutch” Simpson and Della Beasley Simpson. Her siblings preceding her in death are Bert Simpson, Norma (Bob) Riding, Carla (Junior) Brooks, DeLayne Simpson, and Clark Simpson. She also has one living sister, Pat (Bill) Seward and a sister-in-law Shirlene Simpson.
Nedra married Dan Alan Trease on May 27th, 1953. They have been married for 72 years. They have five children, Danna (Scott) Tracy, Bart Trease (deceased), Bret (Martha)Trease, Lyle Trease and Linda Stewart. They have 12 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren with another one on the way. Her family also includes many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Nedra was born in Hooper and passed away in Hooper on March 18, 2025. Many thanks to the staff of Heritage Park where she was naughty and rebellious, and Inspiration Home Health & Hospice.
A viewing will be Friday, March 28, 2025 from 5 – 8 p.m. and prior to the services 9:45 – 11:45 with the funeral on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at noon, at the Hooper 7th Ward Chapel, 5375 S 5900 W, Hooper, Utah.
Interment in Hooper Cemetery.
