Lawrence (Larry) Smeding Farr

Larry was born on October 19, 1947. Son of Lawrence Drake Farr and Joan Smeding Farr Stromberg.

Larry graduated from Ben Lomond High School in 1965. He also graduated from Weber State College with a BS in computer science.

Larry married Alice Kesling. They were later divorced. He later married Svitlania Stohniy.

Larry was proceeded in death by his parents, uncles, aunts, and a nephew, Bryce Farr. He is survived by his wife, Svitlania. Daughters Elizabeth and Lorrie Heil (Dan). Grandchildren Jared and Tanner. Brothers Dyrk Farr, Brent (Michelle), sister Cindy. Nephews and nieces, Tyson, Brett (Daneil), Brandon (Linsey), Mackenzie (Daniel), Tanner and Gavin.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m., May 17, 2025, at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, 2374 Grant Ave. Ogden, UT 84401. An Inurnment will follow directly after service in the Good Shepherd Columbarium. After the Inurnment a celebration of life will be held in Tuttle Hall at the church.

Many thanks to Svitlana, Elizabeth, Lorrie and Dan Heil, they visited almost every day and aided Larry with their loving care.
