1941 – 2025

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Daniel M Atwood, he passed peacefully at his home in Apple Valley, UT, on May 5th, 2025. Born August 3, 1941 in Kaysville, UT to Melvin and Vista Atwood, one of 8 children. Dan was a man of many talents. Tradesman, as evident from his beautiful home. Dan was blessed of a green thumb, his crops were sought by family and friends. Dan was an exceptional baker, his blue ribbon-winning sourdough bread at the local fairs, his Christmas cinnamon rolls and caramel corn will be missed. Dan was an artist and craftsman, this was evident in all of his restored and handmade treasures that are on display in his beautiful home. Dan was an outdoorsman, fish feared him in this life, he’s off the find another secret fishing spot in the next.
