Rebecca Ence Cummens, beloved mother, grandmother, and teacher, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2025, surrounded by family who cherished her deeply.
Born on March 30, 1942, in Salt Lake City, Utah, Rebecca’s life was marked by compassion, resilience, and unwavering love.
Rebecca is survived by her sons, Briant Edward (Jacoba), Aaron Bret, and Troy Nephi (Destiny) and by her siblings, Bart Ence (Chris), Russell Ence (Susan), Nancy Peterson (Dee, deceased), and Brian Ence (Christine). She was preceded in death by her parents, Kendall and Robena Ence.
Services to honor Rebecca’s life will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 2 p.m. at 77 South Orchard Drive, Fruit Heights, Utah. Former students, friends and loved ones are invited to attend and celebrate the remarkable woman she was.
