Suzanne Perrin

Apr 3, 2026

Suzanne Marie Perrin, known by her loved ones as Grammy and Mom, was born on September 17, 1937, in Omaha, Nebraska. Suzanne brought light into the world with the love she held for her family, friends, and pets. She embarked on her final journey on March 25, 2026, joining her beloved parents, Clifford and Dorothy Perrin, and brothers Dale and Tommy in eternal peace.

Suzanne was a loving mother, a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother. Her legacy lives on in her four children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Her grandchildren and family members remember her support and encouragement during difficult times.

She is survived by her children Kelly, Kim, Robert, and Roger, her sister, April Montgomery and cousin Dale Dawson. Her love of learning and her dedication and affection for her pets, cooking, reading, camping, and babies were always evident. She was actively involved in her grandchildren’s lives and cared for many grandbabies and great-grandbabies. She was devoted to her mother during the last years of her life bringing her dinner and visiting her often. She was loyal to a succession of dogs and cats both those in her home and those who wandered her neighborhood.

Suzanne’s primary residence was Ogden, Utah, but she lived for several years in England and in New Mexico. She retired from Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) as a Business Accounting Computer Administrator. Suzanne achieved a remarkable milestone by earning her bachelor’s degree at the age of 63. Suzanne was member of the American Association of University Women.

For decades, she and her friends met every week for dinner and camaraderie at Kamikaze’s. It was a highlight of her life. They also enjoyed playing cards, going to the movies and having birthday dinners at Gray Cliff Lodge up Ogden Canyon.

She loved crocheting, and for the better part of her life had a project in process. As a faithful member, much of her work was given to the to the women’s circle at the First United Methodist Church, who contributed her crafts to those in need. As an active member and leader of Parents Without Partners (PWP), Suzanne found joy in service, companionship and was a long term leader as Treasurer for the organization.
