David Lee Kennison
David Lee Kennison, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away August 5, 2026, in Ogden, Utah, at age 90. Born January 15, 1936, in Waterloo, Iowa, David was known for his kindness, generosity, faith, and devotion to his family. He found his greatest joy in his beloved wife, Yvonne, and their family.
He is survived by his wife, Yvonne; son Jerry (Heather); stepchildren Gretchen (Chris), Heidi (Troy), Jenness (Natasha), and Ty (Marina); 20 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Jeffrey, daughters Lisa (Preston) and Lynn, 2 grand children, and one great grand child.
A viewing will be held Saturday, August 15, from 10:00-10:45 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at the Rosehill Ward, 4150 West Old Highway Road, Mountain Green. Interment will be at South Morgan Cemetery.
