Lana loved gardening and being surrounded by nature. She had a remarkable ability to make friends with everyone she met. Her warmth and openness drew people to her, and she was deeply loved and adored by many.

Above all, Lana loved spending time with her family. Some of her happiest and most cherished moments were with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She delighted in creating memories with them: hosting sleepovers, enjoying the outdoors, and sharing in their adventures.

Lana will be missed by her children: Chris Bingham, Jenna (Blake) Johnson, Andrea (John) Malouf, and Brandon (Kelsy) Bingham; her grandchildren: Travis Johnson, McKenzie (Jake) Redd, Jacob (Olivia) Johnson, Olivia Johnson, Bryn Bingham, Lauren Bingham, John Jay Malouf and Quinn Bingham; her great-grandchildren: Zoe Johnson, Taj Johnson, Blakely Wigen Johnson and Max Redd; and her siblings: Paul (Jackie) Peterson, Ellie (Bruce) Cole, Carol Parkinson and Diane (Brett) Naisbitt.

Lana was preceded in death by her parents, former spouse Norman Barry Bingham, brothers Phil Peterson, Glen Peterson, Ralph Peterson, and sisters Maureen Barr and Lynette Fenwick.

A Celebration of Life in honor of Lana Bingham will be held in early fall 2026 with notice.
