Nancy married C. Mahlon Lundquist on November 23, 1950, in Logan, where they resided until they moved to Clearfield, Utah in 1953. They were sealed for eternity in the Logan Temple. Clearfield is where she would call home until her passing. Nancy was a very faithful and devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she held numerous callings. Mahlon and Nancy served a mission at the Ogden Cannery, with their desire to serve they extended their mission. They also served a mission in the Ogden Temple, which brought them much joy. She was a living testimony of faith, love and devotion.

Nancy was a devoted Mother to three daughters. Helen Stephenson, DeAnn Lundquist, and Jill (Scott) Grose. She had many talents. Music was her gift, and her passion, which she shared in service to others throughout her life. Many will remember her as “Miss Nancy,” the music teacher at Barnecks pre-school. She loved to teach the children and taught piano for 60-plus years, up until one year of her passing. She was the ward pianist and organist, led choirs and lovingly put together many beautiful programs.

Nancy was a beautiful seamstress. She loved to needle point, and crochet a unique baby blanket for each one of her grandchildren. Everything she did was to perfection. Her loving hands were never idle. She was a homemaker and took such pride in cooking and baking for her family. She loved to prepare family dinners especially for the holidays.

Nancy enjoyed spending time at Bear Lake with family and friends. She loved fussing over the kids, her late night card games, her early morning breakfasts. She had an infectious laugh and was delighted by nearly everything. How she looked forward to our yearly family reunions! She made every holiday special. Her Christmas Story and singing time with all her grandchildren will never be forgotten. She looked forward to her England Family Christmas party every year. Her magical touch on every holiday will always be a treasured memory.

Nancy is survived by her three daughters, 18 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, and 24 great-great grandchildren, brother David (Elna) England, sister Julia (Gene) Thomson, sister in law Marla England, and nieces and nephews, She was preceded in death by husband Mahlon of over 74 years, her parents, brother Thomas England, one granddaughter, one grandson, one great grandson, one great-great grandson, son in-law, Donn Stephenson.

A viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, January 29, at Russon’s Mortuary, 1585 W 300 S, Syracuse, and from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday, January 30, at the Clearfield 22nd Ward, 151 N 1000 W, Clearfield. The funeral will follow at 11 a.m. Interment will be in the Smithfield City, Utah Cemetery. Services will be streamed live.
