It is with profound sadness that we share the news that Renee Chilton (Newbold) Edgar passed away peacefully on January 17, 2026. She was 90 years old and was a beautiful wife, mother, mother-in-law, stepmother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She was born on July 2, 1935, in Pocatello Idaho to Arthur Eldon and Mindwell (Mina) Varney Chilton. She was preceded in death by her parents and all her siblings; her brother Jay Chilton and her sisters Maxine Parker, Rolene Crandell and Kayla Messersmith as well as her husband, Eldon Edgar.
