Carey was the third son born on Aug 8, 1958, to Alice Kay and Marvin Gerritsen in Ogden, UT. Carey is survived by his wife Rebecca; his brothers, Chris, Curt and Tony; his 4 children, Melissa (Brock), Justin (Sheliece), Nik (Michelle) and Alex (Cody); 11 grandchildren; and 2 fur babies, Elle and Sadie. Services are Friday, June 19th from 5-8 pm at Leavitt’s Mortuary, 836 36th St, Ogden, UT 84403.
