Bradley Scott DeBerg, 65, passed away at his home in Kaysville, Utah, on March 4, 2026, surrounded by his family. Brad was born May 12, 1960, in Rock Rapids, Iowa, to Henry and Marjorie DeBerg. He graduated from Central Lyon High School in 1978, where he was active in athletics and played on the golf, wrestling, and football teams. He later graduated from Buena Vista College in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business. Brad moved to Utah in 1988 and began a career with the Internal Revenue Service, where he worked for 32 years before retiring in 2020. At the age of 30, he met his beloved wife and best friend, Stephanie Olsen. They married in 1993 and together they raised two daughters, Amanda and Courtney, in Kaysville. Later on, they welcomed two grandsons, Brody and Theodore. Brad loved golf and was a devoted Utah Utes and Dallas Cowboys football fan. Above all, he cherished time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Stephanie; daughters Amanda Baker (Joe) and Courtney DeBerg (Curtis Turner); grandsons Brody and Theodore Turner; his mother, Marjorie DeBerg; brother Hugh DeBerg (Lynn); and extended family. Family and friends will be received March 10, 2026 from 6-8 P.M. and March 11, 2026 from 9:45-10:45 A.M. at Russon Mortuary, 1941 N Main St., Farmington, Utah. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 A.M. Interment will be at Kaysville City Cemetery, 500 E. Crestwood Road, Kaysville, Utah Condolences may be shared at www.russonmortuary.com.
