With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Norman Keith Anderson, a loving and loyal husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Born in Ogden, Utah, on October 10, 1935, Norm, also known as Keith Anderson, lived a life that was as adventurous as it was accomplished. He passed away on March 17, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and lasting memories. Norm’s life was one of constant exploration. His inherent curiosity was evident not only in his adventurous spirit but also in his academic pursuits. Graduating from Utah State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Norm’s intelligence and dedication led him to a distinguished career in Aerospace at Hughes Aircraft. During his 35 years of service, he was honored with numerous awards and accolades, a testament to his exceptional talent and unwavering commitment.” Norm truly embodied the spirit of adventure, living in various parts of the world, including California, Italy, South Korea, Switzerland, and Germany, due to his job. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Norm was a man who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He was an avid outdoorsman, with hunting, fishing, and hiking among his favorite hobbies. He also enjoyed golfing and traveling, always keen to embark on a new adventure. Despite his travels and accomplishments, what mattered most to Norm was his family. He loved his wife Jeannie, his children, his six grandchildren, and his three great-grandchildren dearly. Their happiness was his greatest achievement. Norm is survived by his wife, Jeannie Anderson; his daughters, Kathleen (Cliff) Mueller and Michelle (Chris) Johnson; his sisters, Julie Heywood, Carol (Richard) Holbrook, and Eileen Madsen; and his brothers, Blaine (Gerene) Anderson and Ralph (Juliann) Anderson. He is preceded in death by a son, Eric, his parents, Norman and Fawn Anderson, and two brother-in-laws; J.C. Heywood and Gordon K. Madsen. Please join us in celebrating Norm’s life at the Myers Mortuary in Ogden, Utah. The viewing will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026, from 6-8 pm, and Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 9:30-10:30 am. The funeral service will take place at Myers Mortuary 845 Washington Blvd, Ogden, on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 11 am.
