Peggy Nelson Rose, 59, beloved wife, mother, and Nana, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2026 in Dover, Delaware, and returned to her heavenly home.. Born January 17, 1967, in Brigham City, Utah, to Max Reese Nelson and Lois Jensen, and raised in Perry, Peggy was a dedicated family historian and a talented crafter who found her greatest joy in her family, friends and faith. She is survived by her eternal companion, Brent Rose; children, Amber (Jason) Rowe, Jennifer (Zachary) Scherry, Ashley Rose, and Joshua (Emilee) Rose; and grandsons, Hunter and Carter Scherry. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jessica Rose, parents, and brother, Kely.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 665 West 7615 South in Willard, Viewing’s will be held on Friday, May 8, 2026 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 South 100 East, Brigham City, Utah and prior to the service from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. at the church. Interment will be at the Willard City Cemetery.
