Justin C. Arroyo
April 24, 1973 — September 27, 2026
Our beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend, Justin Charles Arroyo was called to glory on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at his home in Clinton.
Justin was born on April 24, 1973, to Charles and AnnaJane Arroyo in Ogden, Utah at Saint Benedict’s Hospital. He was the eldest twin brother of Jason Arroyo by three minutes.
He married the love of his life, Karen Shepard, on June 23, 2001, and they had two children, Aiden and Mya Arroyo.
Justin graduated from Clearfield High School in 1991, where he played basketball, was captain of the soccer team, and continued on to play soccer for Weber State University.
He was a true Jack of all trades‒a skilled fisherman, a fearless snowboarder, a flooring installer, tile setter, faux taxidermy artist, and worked various construction and labor jobs. He was a super fan of the Las Vegas Raiders, loved the NY Yankees, LA Lakers, NC Tarhills, and Star Wars. Justin loved the Lord and all things nature.
Justin is survived by his parents, Charles and AnnaJane; his wife, Karen; his children, Mya and Aiden (Julie Ray); his elder sister, Stephanie (William Ware); his twin brother, Jason; his aunt/godmother, Yvonne Devlin; his niece/goddaughter, Nichelle Jones; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and his Calvary Christian Church family.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Delphino and Lillie Gallegos, Joe and Clara Arroyo, Jose and Lillie Mendez; several aunts, uncles, and cousins, and his precious fur babies, Zeus, Athena, and his beloved Perseus.
Justin, you are deeply loved and dearly missed.
