David Shelton Brandley September 14, 1930–October 12, 2026
David was born in Raymond, Alberta, Canada. He passed peacefully due to incidents of age. He is preceded in death by his wife Nola Atwood, his parents, his 6 siblings, 2 children, 1 daughter-in-law, and 1 great-grandson.
David and Nola married July 7, 1954, in the Cardston, Alberta Temple. They had 11 sons and 1 daughter (stillborn) and have 67 grandchildren and 101 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
He was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had a strong testimony of Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. He was selfless, strong, kind, charitable, loving, diligent, and dedicated to his family.
He held two Masters and a Teaching Specialist degree and taught English and Reading.
A Memorial Service will be held at 300 Gramercy Ave, Ogden, Utah 84404 on Nov. 7, 2026. Gathering at 1 pm and Memorial at 2 pm.
