Earl R. Brady, 94, passed away September 7, 2026, at Chancellor Gardens in Clearfield, Utah. Born January 22, 1932, in Fairview, Utah, to Jordan Franklin and Laura Brady. Earl grew up in Fairview and graduated from Sanpete High School. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Weber State University.

Earl Served in the United States Air Force as an Airman First Class from 1952 to 1956. He later worked for the IRS, retiring after 30 years of service. A resident of Clinton for 60 years and Salt Lake City for 10 years. Earl was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in many callings throughout his life.

For 20 years, Earl volunteered with the AARP Foundation Tax Aide program, preparing taxes for seniors in Roy, Clinton, and Syracuse. He enjoyed traveling, square dancing, ham radios, photography, playing the saxophone, gardening and reading.

Earl is survived by his wife of 71 years, Frances B. Brady; daughters, Linda Oram (Dave), Elaine Hughes (Roger), and Marilyn Patterson; 12 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 1 great great-grandchild. His parents, brothers and one grandson preceded him in death.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, Ogden UT. 4500 Washington Boulevard, Ogden UT. Friends may visit with family on Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South, Roy UT.

The family thanks the staff at Chancellor Gardens and Utah Home and Health Hospice for their care.
