May 9, 1956 – August 25, 2026

Joe Paul Martinez, son, brother, and cherished friend, peacefully passed away August 25, 2026. Born on May 9, 1956, in Layton, Utah. Joe was the cherished son of Jose and Connie Martinez.

At a young age Joe overcame Polio and regained the use of his legs. Joe was a sharpshooter who enjoyed the outdoors, roller skating, biking, fishing, but his passion in life was abstract art. Some of his artwork was displayed at the Eccles Art Center and Weber County Library.

Joe graduated from Ogden High and served in the United States Army. He is survived by two brothers and four sisters.
