Orlando was born in Logan, Utah on April 21,1992 to his loving mother, Adela Rubio. He was her only child and the love of her life. He filled this earth with happiness in his short 34 years of life. His family and friends will miss his beautiful smile, quirky comebacks, and flawless Spanish.
