Charlotte Church Williams of Plain City will celebrate her 80th birthday with her family at a dinner in her honor at the Maddox Lodge on April 17. ?She was born to John D. Church and Ella Judd Lund in Delta on April 13, 1930.?In 1948 she graduated from Ogden High School. The same year, she met and married Delbert P. Williams of Plain City. Later in 1963, their vows were solemnized in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Salt Lake Temple.?She worked at Hill Air Force Base as a production controller, where she received the Zero Defects Performance Award. She retired from the Ogden Air Logistics Center in August 1987.?She is an active member of the LDS Church and has held many callings throughout her lifetime.?She enjoys entertaining friends and family, square dancing and traveling. Also she enjoys watching grandchildren and great-grandchildren perform at fairs, rodeo, gymnastics and singing contests.?Her children and their spouses are David and Judith Williams, Ron and Ginger Brown, and Monte and Charlene Kelso.?She has 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
