The prospective bridegroom is the son of Julie Layton, and David and Teresa Layton. ?They will be married on July 17. A reception will be held in their honor from 7 to 9 p.m. that evening at the residence of her brother, Mikel Preston Blair, 2220 E. 7800 South, South Weber. ?She is a graduate of Northridge High School and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree as a respiratory therapist. She is employed as an assistant supervisor for Parc Adult Rehabilitation Center in Clearfield. ?He is a graduate of Fremont High School and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering. He is employed at E & E Sheet Metal, constructing HVAC systems.?The couple will reside in Roy after a honeymoon to California.
