Eugene M. Hall of Ogden celebrated his 90th birthday on Friday, Dec. 31, 2010.?He was born in Ogden to Howard and Florence Tracy Hall and has enjoyed a lifelong association with his brothers: Tracy Hall (deceased), Donald Hall, Wendell Hall and Delbert Hall. ?He married Joyce Hansen in March 1942 in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Salt Lake Temple. She died in September 2003. ?He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II in San Diego. He attended Ogden High School, Weber College and graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in pharmacy.?He taught Latin and Spanish at Mound Fort Junior High School for many years. ?He owned the American Pharmacy and the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy in Ogden and retired after 45 years of service to his customers.?He is an active member of the Roy LDS 11th Ward and serves as a home teacher and member of the choir. He was a counselor in the bishopric of the Ogden LDS 28th Ward, a gospel doctrine teacher, president of the stake Sunday School, in the South Ogden LDS Stake and an Ogden LDS Temple worker.?He enjoys being with his family and friends. His children and their spouses are Alan and Jeanne Hall, Randall M. Hall (deceased), Joan and David Coon, Karen and Jeff Harding, and Nathan Hall. ?He has 12 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren..
