Morris' 2nd District Court, Thursday January 15, 2015. According to charging documents, Altice allegedly had sexual contact with the 17-year-old boy between August and September of last year. Brianne Altice, was taken into custody and is headed to trial with 10 felony counts for alleged sexual relationships with three teens: five counts of first-degree felony rape, two counts of first-degree felony forcible sodomy and three counts of second-degree felony forcible sexual abuse in connection with allegedly having sex with the three male students.

Thousands have flocked to a #FreeBrianneAltice Facebook support page created in 2015. 

The former Davis High School English teacher has gained a following on Facebook recently also. This Free Brianne Altice support page crept up on social media just after the new year began by posting all sorts of irrereverant comics and commentary about why the former English teacher should not be in jail. The page had more than 3,700 fans, as of Wednesday.

Altice is charged in the 2013 case with five counts of rape, three counts of forcible sexual abuse and two counts of forcible sodomy, all first-degree felonies. Prosecutors filed additional charges in January. She is charged with three counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor and dealing in harmful material with a minor, all third-degree felonies in the new case where court documents say she had sex with a minor after she was booked into jail for the initial rape charges.

The illegal sexual activity Brianne Altice allegedly had with three teens has made headlines around the country and the world.  

Another fan page with more than 4,300 fans also uses the hashtag #FreeBrianneAltice. 
Supporters on other social media such as Twitter say Altice is not a monster and people should stop villifying her because “#rape is too excessive.”

They also showed support for Altice on Jan. 15 when the South Weber woman attended her preliminary hearing and bond hearing related to nearly a dozen charges.

This Facebook fan page specifically asks that Altice be released from custody.

Even the Germans are getting in on garnering support around the globe for Altice. They somehow acquired a throwback photo of Altice in her younger years with a caption stating even the teacher was young once. 

We aren’t sure if this rally happened or not, but 79 people were committed enough to at least click the “going” button on the event invite.

The support spans across a number of social media platforms around the world.

Commentary online indicates the main reason the teacher is getting such attention is because of her looks.

But this individual shares the double standard of supporting Altice’s alleged sexual activity with the underage boys.
