Fly High Trampoline Park opens with foam pits, Nerf wars

By Matilyn Mortensen, Special To The Standard-Examiner - | Jan 2, 2018

There’s a new place in Ogden for kids to get their wiggles out and bounce away the winter blues.

Fly High Trampoline Park announced in July 2017 it would open an Ogden location in the fall. That date kept getting moved back, but the trampoline park, located at 3624 S. 250 West, behind Newgate Mall, is now open.

The park offers more than just trampoline jumping, including Nerf gun wars, a nets course and an arcade.

Jordan Dunkley is the owner and project manager of Fly High Trampoline Park. This is the fourth trampoline park he and his family have opened.

“I think what’s nice about it, is it is active,” Dunkley said. “It’s not playing video games or anything like that. A kid can come get their energy out. They can create coordination, athleticism and get exercise all at the same time. It helps them get used to being able to use their body and create those skills.”

The trampoline park also offers birthday parties and virtual reality experiences.

The park will be open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday, 4 to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m Sunday. Pricing and other information can be found flyhightrampolinepark.com.
