Spring Beer Fest is back for a third round with bigger flare

The sound of trains, the snap of a bottle cap and the taste of something new … it’s time for the Spring Beer Fest.
The festival, produced by Ogden Downtown Alliance, was started in 2018 to celebrate local breweries and “the gritty side of O-Town pride” inside Ogden’s historic Union Station. After two years, it’s back for a third round.
“This event has been on hold since 2019 and I am excited to bring it back with a new flare,” said Jessica Marine, ODA’s arts and events coordinator. “We are bringing back some nostalgic elements of Spring Beer Fest as well as some new ones to help the community celebrate our local breweries.”
A new addition this year is a special VIP hour that allows you to beat the crowds and get the first swig. The $50 VIP ticket includes a Spring Beer Fest T-shirt, souvenir sampling glass, three tokens for sample pours and one $5 meal voucher.
Regular $20 tickets come with three sample pour tokens, a souvenir sampling glass and $5 food voucher. Additional sample pour tokens are available for purchase for $1.
This year, Northern Utah breweries are represented along with special appearances from some out-of-state breweries: taste the best of Bohemian Brewery, UTOG, Kiitos, Uinta Brewing, Roosters Brewery, Roadhouse Brewing, Melvin Brewing, Ogden River Brewing, Revision Brewing, SaltFire, Salt Flats, Talisman, Vernal Brewing, Wasatch and Squatters Brewing.
Choose from any of the local food vendors you have a taste for that day: Lucky Slice Pizza, Wimpy & Fritz and Electric Alley Sliders will be there to accept your $5 food voucher.
Tunes provided by DJ Goyk bring the beer bash to life.
