Witches’ Night Out sneak peek
Are you a witchy wannabe? Are you looking to perfect your spell-casting skills? This is your event, sister. Dust off that broom and get ready for Witches’ Night Out at The Monarch on October 27 from 6-9 p.m. Sources say that this is one of The Monarch’s most popular events of the year!
Dance the night away with the OG spell caster during a Stevie Nicks Dance Party with DJ Bryson! Dress up in your most fabulous witch gear and win exclusive Stevie Nicks swag! While you’re all dressed up, don’t forget to get your witchy photo taken by Jaclyn Bott from Studio 13!
Learn how to feel empowered from pole performer Hayley Stone. Stone has been performing for two-and-a-half years and has performed at the last Witches’ Night Out, at the Bonneville, Brewvies in Ogden with the drag group The Alter Egos, the Yart Sale Thai, and The SideBar.
Stone says, “I hope to continue to perform so much more and really become known around Ogden as a dancer/performer that people can hire as entertainment for their events, shows, and more.”
According to The Monarch, several Witchy Workshops, mystical witchy vendors, and tarot card readings will be available. Stay tuned for surprises you will love.
One of those workshops is a Pinch Pot Pumpkin from Curly Tail Studio at Studio 4. Participants will make their own Pinch Pot Pumpkin with hands-on, step-by-step instructions. After making your clay pumpkin with all the details, you can choose to paint your pumpkin or have Curly Tail Studio glaze it. Firing is included and takes about a week. Pick up your pumpkin at Curly Tail Studio, or it can be mailed to you for a little extra. For tickets, visit https://curlytailstudio.com.
Plan to attend a special Witches Tea with Mara from Zion Sand and Stone, where you will create a magical intentional tea blend and herbal burning wand. Tickets are $35 for one or $60 for two, including your tea and burning wand supplies. Stay tuned for sign-up information! Start gathering your covens, ladies! It’s almost here.
