This week comes another first — the new facility’s first time hosting a First Friday Art Stroll popup site.
According to a press release from Ogden City Arts, the center will be a showcase for art.
“The Marshall White Community Center will host a pop-up exhibition as part of the Art Stroll, featuring pottery created by both students and instructors,” the release said. “This showcases the talent and creativity fostered with the community. This offers attendees the opportunity to view the ceramic collection.”
The First Friday Art Stroll is set for Friday from 6-9 p.m. The popup at the Marshall N. White Community Center will be open to the public from 5:30-9:30 p.m. Friday.
“Ogden City’s First Friday Art Stroll continues to grow, with new venues regularly joining the lineup,” the press release adds. “Many local artists have made their debut at the stroll, showcasing their very first exhibits and finding a supportive audience here in our community. We’re proud to feature fresh talent while celebrating established creatives, together building a vibrant downtown arts scene.”
