OGDEN — July’s First Friday Art Stroll is set to highlight two pop-up locations featuring the work of several current city residents and at least one former Ogdenite.

“Blank Space Gallery and Tattoo will be hosting a solo exhibit with a former Ogden local artist, Jill Whit (jillwhit_) for July’s First Friday Art stroll,” reads a press release about this month’s attractions. “The event is from 6-9 pm, with live music from Jill and her band @8pm, as well as a live set from a local DJ. We will be raffling off tattoos from all the artists at BLANKSPACEGALLERY including Jill’s work. The exhibit is a multimedia collection of her recent unseen work. Please contact the studio directly @blankspacegallery on Instagram or blankspacegalleryllc@gmail.com for any further questions.”

The release also says that Lester Park will be featured.

“See original art from local talent as we enjoy the tall trees in Ogden arts and parks together,” the release said. “We hope you’ll find a friend and take a stroll to view the art in the beautiful setting of Lester Park.”

Other spots along the art stroll include Union Station, Historic 25th Street, The Monarch, The Junction, Washington Boulevard and the Eccles Art Center. The Art Stroll lasts from 6-9 p.m.
