According to a press release from Ogden City Arts, this week’s Art Stroll — set for Friday from 6-9 p.m. — The Eccles Art Center will be a major stop along the stroll, featuring an opening reception from 5-8 p.m.

“In the Main Gallery, ‘BizARRT’ invites visitors to explore the wonderfully weird, delightfully unexpected, and off-the-wall side of artistic expression,” the release said. “This exhibition of bizarre art offers a glimpse into an artist’s brain, where imagination takes unusual turns and ordinary ideas become something extraordinary. Visitors are encouraged to embrace the strange, look beyond the familiar, and let curiosity lead the way. With room for humor, surprise, and a little head-scratching, “BizARRT” celebrates the creative impulse to break the mold and make something daringly different.

“The Carriage House Gallery will feature the Palette Club of Ogden, highlighting the club’s place in the local arts community. Together, the two exhibitions invite guests to explore both gallery spaces during their visit.”

Additionally, Studio 2580 at that Eccles Art Center will host the Hampton Arts Pop-up Holiday Market Friday during the First Friday Art Stroll and Saturday.
