Col. Kathryn Kolbe, 75th Air Base Wing commander, awards Lt. Col. William M. Villegas II, a Bronze Star on Dec. 18. Villegas distinguished himself by exceptional meritorious service as a senior logistics advisor, mobile training team, Deputy Command-Support Operations, during Operation Enduring Freedom.
