School physicals

The 75th Medical Group Family Health Clinic offers walk-in school physicals from 2-6 p.m. August 4, 11 and 18. No appointment is needed. If your child has been seen for a well visit in the last 10 months, a physical is not required. Simply drop off the appropriate paperwork at the clinic’s front desk and your child’s primary care team will complete it.
