The full Northern Utah calendar of events is on L4, but here are three local events you should check out this week:
1. Heart of Ogden Gala
Ogden Eccles Conference Center, Feb. 26, 5:30-10 p.m.
Wrap up the shortest month of the year by supporting another good cause at the YCC Family Crisis Center’s Heart of Ogden Gala. The event website says: “Join us for an unforgettable evening at the 2026 Heart of Ogden Gala on February 26, where we’ll celebrate progress, share impact, and invite our neighbors to stand with survivors. The evening will kick off with a fun-filled social featuring a silent auction filled with incredible items, followed by a delicious dinner and an inspiring program. Attendees will have the chance to bid on unique experiences during our live auction and participate in an exciting opportunity drawing for fabulous prizes. Every ticket purchased and every dollar raised will directly benefit YCC Family Crisis Center’s vital programs and services for survivors of domestic and sexual violence.”

2. Golden Spike 3D Classic Archery Tournament

Box Elder County Fairgrounds Large Indoor Arena, Tremonton, Feb. 21-22, all day
Archery has a long history and fascination for many, and the Brigham Bowman are putting on a big tournament to showcase some fantastic archers. The event (which started on Friday and goes through Monday) has tournaments for pros, amateurs and young archers as well as four different categories (freestyle, bowhunter, modern bowhunter and traditional).

3. Ogden Home Show
Golden Spike Event Center, Ogden, Feb. 21-22, noon-8 p.m.
As winter edges closer toward its conclusion (even in its limited form in 2026), many people start thinking about taking advantage of spring to make some changes to their homes. A good place to get some ideas is at the Ogden Home Show.
