If you didn’t know already, Ogden has a sister city nearly halfway across the world in Hof, Germany. Thus it is fitting to honor the collaboration by hosting a great festival in mid-January. The event website says: “Celebrate the 40th anniversary of Hof Germanfest! Enjoy delicious German food, refreshing beer, 25+ unique vendors, and a Kinder Korner for the little ones. The festival features non-stop live music from Salzburger Echo, Hammserstein Band, Wasatch Alphorns, and more–all filling the dance floor with energy and tradition. Prost to 40 years!”
