ROY — The Daughters of Utah Pioneers Company Convention for the Weber Roy Company and the Weber West Company, will be held Saturday, March 4, at the Hooper Civic Center, 5580 W. 4600 South, in Hooper.

A sale for lesson books, homemade gifts and DUP items begins at 8 a.m. An officers meeting starts 9 a.m. and a general meeting for all begins at 10 a.m.

There is no requirement to be a member of DUP to attend the meeting, said LaDee Jensen, first vice president of the Weber West Company.

The meeting will feature speakers from the International DUP: Ellen Jeppson, second vice prescient, and Billie Allred, assistant for membership.

Following the meeting will be a quilt drawing and refreshments. Tickets for the drawing are $1 each or six for $5.
