Bell-to-bell cellphone restrictions to take effect in coming school year

There will be a major change between now and next year as far as the relationship between schools and cellphones goes. During this year's legislative session, Utah legislators passed Senate Bill 69 — a bill that establishes the default standard device use from just being prohibited during instructional time to being prohibited throughout the school day.
