Ogden Health and Fitness Expo takes over amphitheater Saturday

OGDEN — A fitness event intended to promote healthy living in the community is set to take over the Ogden Amphitheater this weekend.

The Ogden Health and Fitness Expo will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 4, with a variety of competitions, shows and activities.

Utah has incredible top athletes, many who represent at national competitions, and the Ogden Fitness Expo intends to showcase their dedication and athleticism at these events, according to information posted on Ogden City’s website.

The day will consist of a strongman competition, a Utah Pro Bowl bodybuilding show, arm wrestling and crossfit events, and a Super Hero 5K Fun Run.

There will also be vendors promoting health and fitness products and other family activities in and around the amphitheater.

Admission to the bodybuilding show is $20 for adults and $7 for children 12 and under. A $50 family pass is good for two adults and three children, or three adults can share a friends pass for $50.

The Ogden Amphitheater is located at 343 Historic 25th St. The expo is scheduled to last from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
