There is an element not from this world that has been brewing within humans from our conception. The nature of man has buried the essence of what we are, and capable of becoming. What are we? Have you stopped to ponder on the nature of what human beings are, and the power we possess? When we are born there is an essence we are aware of that engulfs our awareness. Within us we yield an energy that has the ability and capacity for great influence, authority, and dominion.

It is the titles, labels, and meanings that disguise our powers because we spend our time protecting, hiding, and defending that which we believe we are, and are weakened in the process.

“We all wear masks, and the time comes when we cannot remove them without removing some of our own skin.” —André Berthiaume

We are powerful beyond measure and are limited by outside forces that distract us, and while gaining our attention our light becomes diminished. It is only in solitude that we uncover what has been pushed deep within. The excavation process takes time to unearth what has been buried, and requires isolation to decipher the discovery. Upon first awareness of our powers we must realize that there is a responsibility that comes with this new revelation, the gift of life or destruction, the hero or the villain.

Some choose to play the hero, some the villain, some both depending on their current state of emotions. Today is a call to those who have discovered their superpowers or have become aware that there is something else to their existence, with courage to move forward beyond all scope of reason, to do the work for which they were meant to do. Power lies in navigating through the fear to save oneself first, so that they may reach out their hand to save their neighbor. What has dominion over us? Is there a controlling factor that governs over our body, mind, and spirit?

“If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.” —Gospel of Thomas, Jesus of Nazareth

Unlocking what makes you special and unique will separate you from the rest of the flock, as you will be misunderstood and mocked. To know oneself at this level is not within human attributes, and entails becoming familiar with all versions of past, present, and future imaginations of how you see yourself. Observing the self-reflections in the mirror without judgment or criticism engages the process of love that begins removing bricks from the walls. Coming into complete integrity fosters forgiveness, compassion, and understanding to the door of our spirits, mind, and body.

Within this freedom a different energy is recognized as the seeds of trust, belief, and courage become the attributes one leans on more. Into the cave they go, and into the dark. Pressure at the highest degree if moved through becomes divine above all things and beyond what is human. This is when the nature of man surrenders because what is being experienced is undeniable as we are greeted by the powers within. Welcome this part of yourself, for this is your blessing and your blessing alone. Either you will breathe life into your superpower or you will succumb to your fear and bury your gift in its grave.

“You cannot beat a river into submission. You have to surrender to its current and use its power as your own.” —The Ancient One

The choice of free agency encourages all to R.S.V.P its invitation of transformation. It is imperceptible to the human senses to comprehend this conversation because we are not of this planet. The scope of reason is beyond what the human mind can understand in this space, and why the act of surrender is necessary.

Trust yourself with one foot in front of the other. We cannot give away what we have not yet become. If we wish to pass our powers down and help others to uncover theirs, we must become the superhero first, for this is the only way. The conversation is the place where one lives and dwells and the only thing we are truly capable of experiencing. Today, in the new awareness of the voice within yourself you recognize that a door is opening that is inviting you to be a creator and protector of worlds. Choose to embrace this part of yourself. By default by not choosing your superpower, its opposite and ancient predecessor will offer its gift of the villain. What superpower will you choose to have a conversation with today?
