The Conversation: Human resources

The greatest commodity is the human spirit, which must be protected at all costs. Otherwise, monsters get created in the dark. Everything is connected and is not separate from its neighbor. Among the greatest attributes belonging to man is the means to supply creation, a want, or a
deficiency.
We spend much of our time in the law created by man, which ignorance has persuaded us to become blind to the law that governs all things and people. Once we realize that people have what we desire, the motive of influence moves outside of the sphere of our own power and magnifies its reach.
“Without the right succession planning put to play in human resources, we build for the future without a future.” — Mmanti Umoh
See something, say something, and be an expedient device that opens possibilities and assistance. We are all human resources that vibrate and radiate from our inner faculties. These resources entail a power that requires great responsibility for those who choose to hold positions of influence. The power of the tongue has the ability to breathe life into others, the heart can plant seeds for many generations, and the vibratory apparatus of the mind, with its vision to create possibility, hope, and new worlds.
Everything counts, as the human resource follows us into the workplace. The people business is the only business there is, and the motivator of our existence. Know that Human Resources is all of our responsibility and can impact our lives in ways we may not understand yet. The conversation is the place where one lives and dwells, and with more awareness each week, our conversations will get better and increase in size and energy.
“There is no deficit in human resources; The deficit is in human will.” — Martin Luther King Jr
