Patterns celebrates the art of repetition, rhythm, and design, which appear everywhere from daily life to abstract imagination,” the release said. “Whether in the symmetry of architecture or the flowing shapes of nature, patterns reveal stories that are at once subtle and striking.”
Lorie Buckley, arts administrator for Ogden City, said in the release Patterns presents a great opportunity to area artists.
“The Community Art Show is one of our favorite opportunities to highlight the incredible talent of local artists,” she said in the release. “This year’s theme, Patterns, invites artists and audiences alike to see the beauty and rhythm in both the ordinary and the unexpected. Union Station provides the perfect backdrop for this exhibition, connecting contemporary creativity with Ogden’s rich history.”
