Weber County Commission, Senate District 5 candidate forums coming up

Next week, the League of Women Voters of Weber County in conjunction with Women’s Work Utah, the Ogden branch of the NAACP and PFLAG Weber-Davis will be hosting three candidate forums for the Weber County Commission and Senate District 5 races.
The first forum, set for Monday at 6:30 p.m. at the Weber County Library’s Main Branch location in Ogden, will feature Weber County Commission Seat A candidates James Ebert, Katrina Gibson, Richard Hyer, Duane Kearsley, Gary New and Alvin Thurgood.
The second forum, set for Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the Weber County Library’s Main Branch location in Ogden, will feature Weber County Commission Seat B candidates Jon Beesley and Sharon Bolos.
The third and final forum, set for Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Ogden High School Lecture Lab, will feature Utah State Senate District 5 candidates C.J. Hernandez and Dakota Wurth.
All three forums are open to the public.
