OGDEN — A staple of Ogden summers is set to return this weekend.

Farmers Market Ogden is set for Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Historic 25th Street between Wall Avenue and Washington Boulevard. The market will run every Saturday, rain or shine, at this time and location through Sept. 9.

According to the market’s Facebook page, nearly 200 vendors will be involved each week and all of the vendor slots for the summer have been filled. Patrons are also reminded that there is no parking along 25th Street during the event and that parking is available in Electric Alley behind businesses to the north, The Junction and on surrounding streets.

This weekend will feature music from Zaza VanDyke and Something Special (9:30-11 a.m.) and Del Perro (11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.). There will also be free yoga open to the public led by Bobbi Bowman. Guests are asked to bring their own mat and water.

Dogs are also allowed in the market; however, pet owners are reminded that asphalt can reach 150 degrees in the summer and they are encouraged to bring paw protection and water for their dogs.
