According to Harrisville Chief of Police Mark Wilson, the incident, which occurred in the 400 block of north Washington Boulevard, was reported around 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Wilson said a woman was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.

“She was transported to the hospital before our officers arrived,” he said. “It’s still under investigation.”

He said he was unaware of the victim’s status and that no citations had been filed as of Wednesday.
