Mitt Romney is one of the conservative senators who should vote for the Build Back Better bill. The world needs its funding for climate change abatement actions, and the majority of Americans need its social structure funding that would boost their economic development and well-being.

Forty years of US tax and trade policies have driven multiple billions up the economic ladder to the wealthy. Meanwhile, wages and income of working families have not kept up, resulting in reduced wealth for them and a growing poverty class now very visible.

Few Americans believe that global warming is a hoax or even controversial among climate scientists. Indeed, left unchecked, climate change threatens not just nature, but human civilization as we know it.

Utah voters should urge Senator Romney to support the Build Back Better bill without further reductions.
