Letter: What’s governor’s plan for scarce water supply?
I have often heard our governor urge us to slow the flow.
He is so very right the drought isn’t going away.
On the other hand he is encouraging lots of new people to come here.
People need water. The same water we don’t have enough of.
I would like to know the plan for solving this problem.
