What’s the problem with the three long weed patches down the middle of Washington Blvd. in downtown Ogden?

It makes Ogden look like it’s being abandoned.

A beautiful display of colorful petunias would have lasted from spring until first frost. Yes, there are some flowers in there, but the weeds have completely drowned them out and they don’t bloom all year. You can hardly see them for the tall weeds.

I’m ashamed to see this in my town.
