Letter: The people spoke at meetings on property tax hikes
The citizens of Northern Utah attended City Council Truth and Taxation meetings in several cities in early August. They let their concerns be known to the council members about the proposed property tax hikes in those cities. Their attendance at these meetings had an effect. Several cities are reassessing the proposed property tax hike or have already reevaluated their proposals. The voices of the people have been heard. Thank you to all that attended the meetings from all the property owners in Northern Utah.
